i would have enjhoyed this if i was more used to reading bl bc it was strutured like a story that i would really like but honestly its confusing because the bottom is like a top the top is like the bottom so it makes u think the main character is the top and then its from the bottoms perspective.
its like extroversion of an immortal, the story begins with the male lead and shows the perspectie of the softer malel ead so u start thikning hes the main char, and then it starts showing the other character mainly and then u get confused.

I feel like I need to state I’m not a fan of crime/mafia settings but it was also set in NYC and I’m always curious to see how it’s done in comics.
Sadly, it’s not a huge part of it so I didn’t get a sense it HAD to be in NYC as it felt like a generic city in USA? I feel like it had more iconic locations I’d feel like oh I recognize that place. Oh well.
The main issue is that Ian’s relationships and the related Love Triangle are not compelling, and the plot is mainly a vehicle for his romances. TJ is toxic and Jo is a bland green flag. The gang’s accession wars are confusing. The story meanders and declines over time.

Generic. An American mafia story needs good dialogue and this one barely has any! Great potential is wasted. Everything good lasts only one chapter. The love triangle is annoying. Ian goes like a yo-yo between Jo and TJ, which is frustrating. The author has failed at storytelling.

I hope it won’t be only sex-based. Forced toxicity is annoying. The artstyle is phenomenal, but storytelling is terrible. TJ and Ian are irritating. Jo was supposed to be the ML, but the author favors TJ.
